Berry Crisp
This berry crisp is the perfect summer dessert, with a fresh triple berry base topped with the best crunchy oat crumble topping. It's the best served warm with a big scoop of ice cream!

For the Crumble Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter (cold, diced into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup oats
For the Berry Filling:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
For the Crumble Topping:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the brown sugar, sugar, salt, and flour in a small bowl.
Add in butter pieces, and cut into the mixture using a couple forks or a pastry cutter. Mix until the mixture resembles a coarse crumbs.
Stir in the oats. Set aside in the fridge till needed.
For the Berry Filling:
Add blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to a medium sized bowl.
Pour sugar and flour over the top, and gently toss the berries to coat.
Pour the berries into a greased 9x9 (or other 2.5 quart sized pan)
Sprinkle the crumble over the berries evenly.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for about 40-50 minutes, until the berries are bubbling, and the crumble topping is golden brown in color and nice and crispy.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
