Caramel Popcorn Balls

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 cups popped popcorn
Combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk in a large microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir. Then another 2 minutes, and stir, then another 2 minutes and stir.
Stir in the baking soda and vanilla extract.
Add the popped popcorn to a giant bowl.
Pour the melted caramel over the popcorn, and stir it carefully to cover the popcorn evenly in the caramel.
Allow the caramel popcorn to cool for a couple minutes.
Spray your hands with nonstick spray to keep the caramel from sticking to them.
Grab a handful of the popcorn and squish it together gently, and carefully roll it into a ball.
Repeat with remaining popcorn.
