Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (to taste)**
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/3 cup cilantro (packed)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)

Instructions

  • Add everything to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve on your choice of salads, chicken, chips, vegetables, etc.

Notes

**Start with one chipotle pepper in adobo sauce if you don't like a little kick. I did 2.5 and it wasn't very spicy for me, but it's better to start small and add more if needed.
