Halloween Snack Mix

This Halloween Snack Mix is the perfect sweet and salty treat for the fall season! It's loaded with a mix of flavors and texture, and has such a great mix of sweet and saltiness. It's super easy to make, in just a few minutes time, and is perfect for Halloween parties, movie nights, or an afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 4 cups Salted Popcorn
  • 2 cups Mini Pretzel Twists
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips (divided)
  • 1 cups Caramel Popcorn
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces
  • 1 cup Candy Corn or Fall Harvest Mix
  • 1 cup Salted Peanuts

Instructions

  • Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • Mix together the Chex Cereal, Popcorn, and Pretzels in a very large bowl. 4 cups Rice Chex Cereal , 4 cups Salted Popcorn , 2 cups Mini Pretzel Twists
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cups of White chocolate chips to a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Microwave in additional 20 second increments, until you can stir it totally smooth and melted. 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • Pour the white chocolate over the top of the Chex mix and stir it together.
  • Pour the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Sprinkle the Caramel Popcorn, Reeses Pieces, Candy Corn, and Peanuts over the top. Briefly folding together as needed. 1 cups Caramel Popcorn , 1 cup Reese's Pieces, 1 cup Candy Corn or Fall Harvest Mix, 1 cup Salted Peanuts
  • Melt additional 1/2 cup of white chocolate and scoop it into a ziplock bag. Snip the corner off with scissors and drizzle the white chocolate evenly over the top of the cereal mixture.
  • Let the snack mix sit at room temperature until the white chocolate is set, then enjoy!
