No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

No Bake Cookies

  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) (cut in cubes)
  • 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 TBS vanilla extract

Instructions

No Bake Cookies

  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Measure out ingredients, so you can move quickly when needed.
  • In a medium saucepan: combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute without stirring.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. 3 cups quick oats1 cup peanut butter, 1 TBS vanilla extract,
  • Stir in the oats. 3 cups quick oats
  • Drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper and let cool
  • Store in an airtight container
