No Bake Cookies
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) (cut in cubes)
- 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 TBS vanilla extract

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
Measure out ingredients, so you can move quickly when needed.
In a medium saucepan: combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute without stirring.
