Peanut Butter Banana Energy Bites

These peanut butter banana energy bites are the perfect bite sized snack, packed with creamy peanut butter, bananas, and mini chocolate chips. These on the go energy balls are so easy to make, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (1/3 cup mashed)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 3/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Peel banana, and smash it with a fork till soft.
  • Add peanut butter, honey, oats and chocolate chips to the banana and stir everything together.
  • Cover and place bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll mixture into small tablespoon sized balls.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge.
  • Place on a baking sheet and place back in the fridge for another 30 minutes. Then into a bag to store.
