Preheat a large griddle to medium high heat.
In a small bowl mix together the milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla, until smooth. 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla
In another large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 2 TBS granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt,
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Dump in the chocolate chips and fold into the batter. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Pour the pancake batter onto a greased grill in a 1/4 cupfuls.
When batter begins to bubble, flip pancakes with a spatula.
Cook pancakes for another 1-2 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
