Candied Almonds
These cinnamon sugar candied almonds are a delicious, crunchy, sweet treat. They're only 6 ingredients and so easy to make!

- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups almonds
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Beat the egg white, and water together in a medium sized bowl till frothy.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add in the almonds, and stir to coat them in the egg white mixture.
In another bowl, stir together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the sugar mixture to the nuts and stir to coat them.
Pour the almonds onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Check often the last 10 minutes.
Allow the nuts to cool completely before eating or using in recipes.
