Homemade Maple Flavored Syrup
Simple maple flavored syrup but perfect on waffles, pancakes, and all your favorite breakfast carbs.
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a small saucepan add your sugar and water
Heat over medium to low heat until sugar dissolves completely, stirring occasionally
Bring to a low boil and let cook for another 2 or 3 minutes
Stir in the maple flavoring and vanilla extract
Remove from heat.
Serve hot.
