Monster Cookies for Two
Our small batch monster cookies are chewy peanut butter and oatmeal cookies packed full of chocolate chips and M&Ms. This recipe makes just a few cookies and is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBS granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup m&ms 
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or a silicone liner.  
- Cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until well mixed. 
- Add in the egg yolk and vanilla and mix well. 
- Add in the dry ingredients, your baking soda, salt and flour and stir everything to combine. 
- Mix in ther chocolate chips and m&ms until fully incorporated. 
- Scoop the cookie dough by the 3-4 TBS. Place them onto the prepared cookie sheet a couple of inches apart. Flatten them down slightly, to be about half as tall.  
- Bake for about 9-11 minutes, or until cookies are set and the edges are lightly golden. 
- Allow cookie to rest for about 10 minutes on baking pan before moving to a cooling rack.
