Peach Salsa

This peach salsa is a lightly sweet, lightly spicy salsa that is delicious with tortilla chips, on tacos, and more. It's the best summer salsa, and it is made in just minutes.

Grilled Peach Salsa

  • 2 large peaches (peeled, and diced)
  • 2 large tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 red onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper (de-seeded, and minced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)


  • Prepare all the fruit and vegetables and dice them up as small as you can, or as you desire.
  • Add the peaches, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt to a medium sized bowl and toss them together until combined.
  • Add additional sugar, or salt to taste as desired.
  • Store the salsa in an airtight container for 1 hour, or more to let the flavors meddle.
  • Stir the salsa up and enjoy with chips, tacos, salads, etc.
