Peach Salsa
This peach salsa is a lightly sweet, lightly spicy salsa that is delicious with tortilla chips, on tacos, and more. It's the best summer salsa, and it is made in just minutes.

Grilled Peach Salsa
- 2 large peaches (peeled, and diced)
- 2 large tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 red onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (de-seeded, and minced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
Prepare all the fruit and vegetables and dice them up as small as you can, or as you desire.
Add the peaches, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt to a medium sized bowl and toss them together until combined.
Add additional sugar, or salt to taste as desired.
Store the salsa in an airtight container for 1 hour, or more to let the flavors meddle.
Stir the salsa up and enjoy with chips, tacos, salads, etc.
