This delicious summer berry salad is the perfect combination of mixed greens, fresh berries, candied nuts, and poppy seed dressing. You'll want to eat it all spring and summer long.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups spring mix lettuce
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 3/4 cup candied almonds
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing (or other choice of dressing)

Instructions

  • Add your lettuce and spinach to a large bowl.
  • Add all the berries and candied almonds to the lettuce and toss it all together.
  • Mix in dressing for the whole salad if you're serving for a few people, or let individuals add dressing to individual plates.
