Your favorite sugar cookie turns into an explosion in your mouth.
- 16 oz sugar cookie dough (or pre-baked sugar cookies)
- 1 cup white frosting (buttercream, cream cheese, vanilla, etc.)
- 2 0.33oz packages Strawberry or Watermelon Pop Rocks
- 2 0.33oz packages Tropical Punch Pop or Cotton Candy Pop Rocks **
Make your sugar cookies in circular shapes according to their directions.
When your cookies are cooled, spread frosting evenly over the top of each cookie.
Sprinkle the pop rocks over the top of the frosting when ready to serve.

***If you can't find blue pop rocks, you can make homemade blue sugar by combining sugar and blue gel/blue food coloring in a bowl.
