Rocky Road Fudge

The perfection combination of chocolate, pecans, and mini marshmallows in this delicious rocky road fudge

Rocky Road Fudge

  • 18 oz chocolate chips*
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Rocky Road Fudge

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper - cut the sides diagonally and crumple to help fit the pan easier
  • In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips, milk, and butter - stir
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat up to 3 or 4 more times as needed; until the chips are completely melted and everything is mixed together completely
  • Stir in the pecans
  • Gently stir in the mini marshmallows
  • Pour into your lined pan and set to firm. You can set it in the fridge for a quicker firm or on the counter.
  • Once firm cut in squares to firm. If you used the fridge, remove rocky road fudge about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting to make a smoother and easier cut.
