The perfection combination of chocolate, pecans, and mini marshmallows in this delicious rocky road fudge

Rocky Road Fudge
18ozchocolate chips*
14ozcan of sweetened condensed milk
2TBSbutter
1/4cupchopped pecans
1cupmini marshmallows
Instructions
Rocky Road Fudge
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper - cut the sides diagonally and crumple to help fit the pan easier
In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips, milk, and butter - stir
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat up to 3 or 4 more times as needed; until the chips are completely melted and everything is mixed together completely
Stir in the pecans
Gently stir in the mini marshmallows
Pour into your lined pan and set to firm. You can set it in the fridge for a quicker firm or on the counter.
Once firm cut in squares to firm. If you used the fridge, remove rocky road fudge about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting to make a smoother and easier cut.
