Ingredients

  • 32 oz roasted peanuts (I do half salted, half unsalted)
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 4 oz German chocolate bar (broken into pieces)
  • 32 oz vanilla flavored almond bark (broken into pieces)
  • Christmas sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the peanuts, chocolate chips, German chocolate, and almond bark to a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1 to 1.5 hours. Stirring after 1 hour.
  • Stir, and continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until the candy can be stirred thoroughly and all the chocolate is melted.
  • Line the counter top, or some cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Use a 1 TBS sized cookie scoop to scoop the candy out carefully onto the parchment paper. Place each of the candies at least 1 inch apart from each other so the chocolate isn't touching.
  • Sprinkle candy with sprinkles or sea salt if desired.
  • Let the candy clusters sit until the chocolate is set. Or place the cookie sheets into the fridge to chill quicker.
