This peanut butter popcorn is the perfect easy treat. It's only 6 ingredients, and a few minutes and you have a nice and crunchy, chewy, peanut butter popcorn that everyone loves!

Peanut Butter Popcorn
- 14 cups popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For adding to the popcorn:
- 1/2 cup reeses pieces candies (optional)
- 1/2 cup roasted and salted peanuts (optional)
Peanut Butter Popcorn
Pop the popcorn and put in a LARGE bowl.
In a large sized saucepan combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly! Once it starts boiling around the edges, set a time for 2 minutes, and continue to stir.
Remove the sugar mixture from the heat and add in the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until combined.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and stir well until is all incorporated
Spread out on 2 cookie sheets lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle reeses pieces and peanuts over the top.
Let the mixture sit until the peanut butter caramel mixture is set.
**You can use all corn syrup or all honey instead of half and half.
