Caramel Fudge
This microwave caramel fudge is so easy to make! It's only 4 ingredients, a few minutes to make, and you have a delicious creamy, smooth, caramel fudge!

- 14 oz dulce de leche
- 12 oz high quality white chocolate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- flaky sea salt (optional)
Line a 8 or 9inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Add the dulce de leche and white chocolate to a large microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir it as much as you can.
Microwave in additional 20 second increments, stirring for about 20 seconds after each time to get it totally smooth (so you don't over heat it).
Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top evenly.
Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the fudge if desired.
Place fudge in the fridge until set, about 2 to 3 hours.
Carefully remove the fudge and cut it into pieces when ready to serve.
Store any extra fudge in the refrigerator in a zip top bag or airtight container with a lid.
