Caramel Fudge

This microwave caramel fudge is so easy to make! It's only 4 ingredients, a few minutes to make, and you have a delicious creamy, smooth, caramel fudge!

  • 14 oz dulce de leche
  • 12 oz high quality white chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • flaky sea salt (optional)


  • Line a 8 or 9inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Add the dulce de leche and white chocolate to a large microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir it as much as you can.
  • Microwave in additional 20 second increments, stirring for about 20 seconds after each time to get it totally smooth (so you don't over heat it).
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top evenly.
  • Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the fudge if desired.
  • Place fudge in the fridge until set, about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Carefully remove the fudge and cut it into pieces when ready to serve.
  • Store any extra fudge in the refrigerator in a zip top bag or airtight container with a lid.
