Easy Teriyaki Meatballs
Easy teriyaki meatballs are covered in a to die for flavorful sauce. Great served as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish!
- 1 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teryiaki®
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 TBS corn starch
- 2 TBS water
- about 50 frozen meatballs (cooked according to package directions)
Combine the Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teryiaki® and brown sugar in a small sauce pan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the sauce mixture.
Boil for about 2 minutes.
Add meatballs and sauce to a a pan over medium heat and cook for about 3 minutes and stir carefully to coat the thickened sauce over the meatballs.
