Easy Teriyaki Meatballs

Easy teriyaki meatballs are covered in a to die for flavorful sauce. Great served as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teryiaki®
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 TBS corn starch
  • 2 TBS water
  • about 50 frozen meatballs (cooked according to package directions)

Instructions

  • Combine the Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teryiaki® and brown sugar in a small sauce pan over medium high heat.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the sauce mixture.
  • Boil for about 2 minutes.
  • Add meatballs and sauce to a a pan over medium heat and cook for about 3 minutes and stir carefully to coat the thickened sauce over the meatballs.
  • Serve hot.
