Lemon Curd and Berry Parfaits

These lemon curd and berry parfaits are perfect for a delicious and refreshing breakfast, or light snack!

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup Nature Valley Granola Crunch
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (blueberries and raspberries) (strawberries chopped)


  • In a cup, layer first 2 TBS vanilla, then about 2 TBS lemon curd, then a handful of granola and a handful of berries.
  • Repeat one additional layer of each.
  • Enjoy.
