Rainbow fruit kabobs
These Fruit Kabobs are colorful skewers of fresh fruit, they are so fresh, sweet, and beautiful - perfect for a summer barbecue, party, or anytime for a healthier snack.

- 16 wooden kabob skewers
- 1 cup strawberries (de-stemmed and cut in half if they are large)
- 1 cup raspberries (choose these or strawberries)
- 1 cup mandarin orange slices
- 1 cup pineapple (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 cup green grapes
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup purple/red grapes
- 1 cup large marshmallows (cut in half if desired)
Prepare all fruit.
Place one strawberry or raspberry on skewers.
Insert one or two mandarin orange slices onto each skewer.
Add one pineapple piece to each skewer.
Add one green grape to each skewer.
Add two blueberries per skewer.
Insert one purple grape onto each skewer.
Add marshmallow to each skewer.
Serve plain or with your favorite fruit dip.
