Rainbow fruit kabobs

These Fruit Kabobs are colorful skewers of fresh fruit, they are so fresh, sweet, and beautiful - perfect for a summer barbecue, party, or anytime for a healthier snack.

Ingredients

  • 16 wooden kabob skewers
  • 1 cup strawberries (de-stemmed and cut in half if they are large)
  • 1 cup raspberries (choose these or strawberries)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange slices
  • 1 cup pineapple (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup purple/red grapes
  • 1 cup large marshmallows (cut in half if desired)

Instructions

  • Prepare all fruit.
  • Place one strawberry or raspberry on skewers. 
  • Insert one or two mandarin orange slices onto each skewer.
  • Add one pineapple piece to each skewer.
  • Add one green grape to each skewer.
  • Add two blueberries per skewer.
  • Insert one purple grape onto each skewer.
  • Add marshmallow to each skewer. 
  • Serve plain or with your favorite fruit dip.
