Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Delicious no bake cheesecake filling stuffed inside of strawberries and topped with graham cracker crumbs make these cheesecake stuffed strawberries a perfect summer dessert!

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream ( or 4 oz Cool Whip)
  • 1 graham cracker sheet


  • Remove the leaves, and scoop out the center of your strawberries. Cut the bottom off to make it flat so strawberry will stand.
  • Beat your cream cheese and powdered sugar for 2 to 3 minutes until nice and smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spoon the mixture into a ziplock bag or piping bag and pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry. Pipe until cheesecake makes a small mound above the top of the strawberry.
  • Crush the graham cracker in a small bag.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of cheesecake filling.
  • Serve immediately.
