Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Delicious no bake cheesecake filling stuffed inside of strawberries and topped with graham cracker crumbs make these cheesecake stuffed strawberries a perfect summer dessert!
- 1 lb strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream ( or 4 oz Cool Whip)
- 1 graham cracker sheet
Remove the leaves, and scoop out the center of your strawberries. Cut the bottom off to make it flat so strawberry will stand.
Beat your cream cheese and powdered sugar for 2 to 3 minutes until nice and smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon the mixture into a ziplock bag or piping bag and pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry. Pipe until cheesecake makes a small mound above the top of the strawberry.
Crush the graham cracker in a small bag.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of cheesecake filling.
