Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together Horizon Organic unsalted butter and sugar until light and creamy. About 3-4 minutes.
Add in vanilla extract, almond extract, Horizon Organic Cultured Sour Cream, and Horizon Organic Whole Milk and stir until fully combined.
Add in egg whites and mix until just combined. Scrape down sides of the bowl to make sure everything is fully incorporated.
In another medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Separate the batter into 3 bowls evenly.
Add red food coloring to one bowl, blue food coloring to one bowl, and leave one bowl white. Add enough food coloring till the red and blue colors are a nice bright reddish pink and blue.
Scoop large spoonfuls of each batter into the prepared baking pan, layering them on top of one another.
Bake for 32-38 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely.
