I found myself wanting to cook nothing but sweets over the holidays, and eating lots of unhealthy food. Since I am now not only caring for my body, but for the little one inside I need to be extra careful with what I put inside my body. And I especially need to make sure I get all the right vitamins to keep myself and my baby healthy.

  4. What is Yoshisda sauce?

    1. It’s a sweet teriyaki type sauce. You should be able to find it at your local grocery store. Otherwise, you can buy it online through amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00286BJ90/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00286BJ90&linkCode=as2&tag=likmotlikdau-20
