Caramel Apple Cider Floats are the perfect combination of sparkling apple cider and vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel syrup, and a dollop of whipped cream and you have the perfect drink!
I have been loving the combination of caramel and apple lately. I mean, I love caramel apple flavors all the time, but just this month I shared a copycat caramel apple spice and caramel apple blondies and now this caramel apple cider float.
This delicious caramel apple float is a perfect refreshing and delicious drink. Instead of root beer we are using sparkling apple cider to make this perfect for fall, summer, or even better for a New Year’s eve celebration.
These floats are more of an idea with a combination of ingredients than a recipe since you don’t really need to be precise in measuring anything for these caramel apple cider floats. You’ll need vanilla ice cream, caramel syrup, sparkling apple cider juice (or you could use a combination of apple cider/juice and ginger ale) and whipped cream. I used homemade whipped cream for good measure, but cool whip or whipped cream from a can would work too.
You’ll scoop in some vanilla ice cream, drizzle it with caramel fill the cup with sparkling apple cider, top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, more caramel syrup and enjoy. I slightly mix mine all together to combine the flavors and it comes together in absolute perfection.
