Roll sections of the dough into 1/2 Tablespoon sized balls, and place them onto a lined cookie sheet.

Add the cookie sheet to the fridge and chill for about 30 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips to a bowl with the coconut oil, and melt until smooth as per directions.

Drop a truffle into the melted chocolate, and use a spoon to pour chocolate over the top.

Top with Oreo crumbs or sprinkles and let them set. Melt additional chocolate if desired to drizzle over the top.
