  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 TBS garlic (minced)
  • 1 TBS garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 TBS fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic salt and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Cut steak meat into about 1 inch cube pieces.
  • Baste some of the the butter mixture onto steak pieces.
  • Stick steak pieces onto kabob sticks.
  • Preheat a grill to medium high heat, 375 F.
  • Grill for about 8-14 minutes, or until the beef pieces reach desired doneness, rotating every couple of minutes, to cook them evenly on each side. **
  • Re-baste the meat throughout grilling process, because a lot of the flavor will cook off.
  • Let the kabobs rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle any extra butter over the steak, and top with parsley if desired.

Notes

**Check steak temperature when you are done grilling, for rare internal temperature should be 125 F. For medium rare 135 F. For medium 145 F. For medium well 150 F.
