Chipotle Ranch Dressing

mayonaise

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
(to taste)**

garlic powder

onion powder

dried parsley

cilantro
(packed)

(juiced)
Instructions
Add everything to a food processor or blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Serve on your choice of salads, chicken, chips, vegetables, etc.
Notes
**Start with one chipotle pepper in adobo sauce if you don't like a little kick. I did 2.5 and it wasn't very spicy for me, but it's better to start small and add more if needed.
