Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks, softened)
- 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
- 2 1/2 cups cooked, and shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Mix in the Ranch Dressing, and Hot Sauce
Fold in the shredded chicken, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese
Fold in your chicken pieces.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top and bake for additional 10 minutes.
Top with green onions, if desired
Serve with crackers, chips, or cut up vegetables.
- Sweet and Spicy - If you want the dip a little sweeter, try our Honey Buffalo Sauce instead of just store bought Hot sauce.
- Make Ahead of Time - Prepare the dip and refrigerate it covered and unbaked. When you're ready to bake it pop it in the oven and bake as directed.
- Slow Cooker - Once mixed the mixture can be added to a slow cooker and heated at low heat to keep warm for a party. You'll still sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Add Bleu Cheese - Some people loves bleu cheese with wings, stir in about 1/2 cup of bleu cheese to the dip before baking.
