Buffalo Chicken Dip

Bites of buffalo hot wings, mixed with ranch dressing to dip them in and creamy cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 oz blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked, and shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Mix in the Ranch Dressing, and Hot Sauce
  • Fold in the shredded chicken, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese
  • Fold in your chicken pieces.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top and bake for additional 10 minutes.
  • Top with green onions, if desired
  • Serve with crackers, chips, or cut up vegetables.

Notes

Once mixed, the mixture can also be added to a slow cooker and heated over low heat to keep it warm for a party.
