Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper..
Roll out dough to be about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out cookies into 2 inch square or circular shapes with a knife or cookie cutters.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
Sprinkle each with flakey sea salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.
