- 2 TBS unsalted butter
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 TBS milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4-6 TBS all purpose flour
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Heat treat the flour in the microwave of oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, or use heat treated flour. Watch closely in the microwave to prevent fires.
In a small bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar for about 1 minute until smooth.
Add in the vanilla and milk and stir to combine.
Add in the salt, flour, and cocoa powder and mix until a nice dough is formed.
Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy. (Or roll the dough into balls and eat those, or save for later)
