Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (high quality)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped Oreo cookie pieces (divided)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8inch square pan with parchment paper, leave some hanging over 2 of the sides for easy removal.
  • Add the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk to a medium sauce pan, and heat it over medium-low heat. Gently stir until the white chocolate chips are melted and the mixture can be stirred smooth.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and fold in 2 cups of the Oreos, the vanilla extract, and the salt.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces over the top of the fudge and gently press them into the fudge to prevent them from falling off when it hardens.
  • Let the fudge cool to room temperature for one hour.
  • Place the pan in the refridgerator until the fudge is set. Then slice it up and enjoy.
