- 3 cups white chocolate chips (high quality)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/2 cups chopped Oreo cookie pieces (divided)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Line an 8x8inch square pan with parchment paper, leave some hanging over 2 of the sides for easy removal.
Add the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk to a medium sauce pan, and heat it over medium-low heat. Gently stir until the white chocolate chips are melted and the mixture can be stirred smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat and fold in 2 cups of the Oreos, the vanilla extract, and the salt.
Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces over the top of the fudge and gently press them into the fudge to prevent them from falling off when it hardens.
Let the fudge cool to room temperature for one hour.
Place the pan in the refridgerator until the fudge is set. Then slice it up and enjoy.
