- 2 TBS butter (softened)
- 2 TBS peanut butter
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 TBS flour
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine your peanut butter, butter and sugars. Stir well.
Add your vanilla and egg and mix in.
Add the baking soda, salt and flour and stir to combine. (Add a little more flour if it seems really moist)
Add chocolate chips and mix in evenly.
Form cookie dough into 4 larger or 6 balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8 minutes or until edges are golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes on the cookie sheet.
Enjoy warm or cool additionally on a cooling rack.
