Polska Kielbasa Stir Fry

- 1 Polska Kielbasa Sausage (sliced)
- 1 cup sliced yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced bok choy
- ½ cup diced mushrooms
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sugar peas
- 1 TBS olive oil
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
Add 1 TBS olive oil to a large saute pan over medium heat
Stir in the onion and saute until translucent - about 5 minutes
Add the minced garlic, saute 1 more minute
Stir in and saute the carrots and celery for a couple of minutes
Add the rest of the vegetables and kielbasa sausage and saute until al dente
Finally, add the teriyaki sauce for seasoning and warm
Serve over cooked rice
