Chicken Alfredo French Bread Pizza

  • 1 loaf of french bread
  • 3/4 cup alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded or diced chicken (already cooked)

Optional Toppings:

  • spinach
  • bacon bits
  • tomatoes
  • red onion


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut your french bread loaf in half (hot dog style).

  • Spread your alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the two french bread loaf halves.
  • Sprinkle about 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of each half of french bread.
  • Sprinkle the chicken and other toppings evenly over the cheese.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Fake in the oven for 12-17 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starts to turn golden.
  • Allow pizza to cool for about 5 minutes then slice and serve.
