Of course I also really love the food that comes this time of year too. Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays with so many delicious foods to eat, but I love that Christmas means lots of cookies and other goodies and especially making them to share with neighbors too. But sometimes instead of getting stuck in the kitchen for hours at time I want to be spending the time with my family, playing games, chatting, exploring, and just enjoying each other’s company. This means that a good solution is to sometimes make quick and easy recipes to enjoy. Recently we was able to enjoy a delicious Digiorno Supreme Pizza and this amazing and easy pumpkin spice skillet cookie that I made using Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough.
I just grabbed some NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough, some vanilla ice cream and a supreme DIGIORNO® RISING CRUST® Pizza from Walmart and I was ready!
This skillet cookie is so delicious I almost wanted to gobble the whole thing up, but its perfect for sharing with some close friends or family. This skillet cookie is so easy to make because all you need is some NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough, a skillet, an oven, and some delicious vanilla ice cream to go on top. The Pumpkin Spice cookie dough was perfect to make my skillet cookie because it is made with Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin, a delicious blend of spices and packed full of lots of white chocolate morsels.
I’m so glad that we get to spend the holidays with our families this year – Thanksgiving with my family, and Christmas with Nate’s and you can bet that we’ll be enjoying some Digiorno pizza and a Nestle Toll House Skillet Cookie while we are all together!
- 16 cookie dough pieces from Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray an 8 inch skillet with non stick spray.
- Take out your 16 cookie dough pieces and press them down into your skillet to cover most of it (cookie will spread while cooking)
- Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until cookie starts to turn golden.
- Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and enjoy while hot!
