- 15 oz box yellow cake mix (can sub white cake mix) - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 cup oil - 1/4 cup water - 4 large eggs - 15 oz pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Stir for 2 minutes until the batter is nice and smooth.
Bake the cake until a toothpick comes out clean.
I like cream cheese frosting!
