This raspberry vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh raspberries and is the perfect dressing for a light, summer salad!
This raspberry vinaigretty is a sweet and tangy salad dressing, made with red wine vinegar, and fresh raspberries. It’s such a yummy dressing that is perfect for the spring and summer months. It adds a delicious fresh raspberry flavor to any salad.
I love the dressing on top of my summer berry salad, it makes such a light and refreshing lunch option. Or would be so good served up at a summer potluck.
This homemade dressing is only a few ingredients, and so easy to make. You won’t ever want to buy raspberry vinaigrette dressing from the store again!
Ingredients Needed to make Raspberry Vinaigrette:
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Raspberries
- Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
How to make Raspberry Vinaigrette?
Press your raspberries through a fine mesh strainer. You want to get the raspberry pulp and juice, but leave some of the seeds behind.
Then add all your ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend it all up until it’s nice and smooth and emulsified.
Serve dressing over your favorite salad and enjoy!
How to store homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing?
Store the raspberry vinaigrette in a jar with a lid, or covered with plastic wrap, in the fridge. It will stay good for a few weeks, just shake it up to get all the flavors mixed back together before serving it with your favorite salad.
This raspberry vinaigrette paired with a light berry salad is the perfect combination for spring and summer. It would be so good served up alongside some burgers or grilled chicken at a back yard bbq for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, or all summer long.
