Have you ever thought about adding sliced sausage to stir fry before? Let me tell you it is a delicious combination. The kielbasa sausage flavor and the vegetables are the perfect compliment to each other.
This kielbasa stir fry is one of the easiest and most delicious dinners that my family enjoys. It can be ready in only about 30 minutes, so you don’t have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
How to make kielbasa stir fry?
The quickest way to prepare this kielbasa stir fry is to first prepare your vegetables and sausage by slicing and dicing them up before you start to cook. This takes all the worry about over cooking any of your vegetables. You can slice up the vegetables for the stir fry up to 2 to 3 days before cooking up the meal. When you are ready to cook the stir fry
First you’ll cook your onions and garlic for about 30 seconds to a minute, the infuse the oil with their flavors, and make sure they get nice and soft. Then add in your carrots and celery, because they take a little longer to cook. Probably a few minutes until they are a nice al dente, soft and easy to eat, but with still a little crunch in them.
Then add in your peppers, mushroom, bok choy and sugar snap peas. Add in your sliced kielbasa too, becuase you only need a couple minutes to heat up the sausage, and slightly soften those last vegetables. Then add in your teriyaki sauce and stir it all together.
Serve the prepared stir fry over cooked rice and your whole family is ready to dig in!
This kielbasa stir fry is a delicious, healthy meal that is made in only a few minutes. It’s perfect for a weeknight, or weekend dinner and will be a meal everyone will love.
This stir is packed full of so many delicious vegetables, paired with the flavorful kielbasa meat. It’s a winner! I think your family will love it as much as mine does!

Ellen,
The recipe states only one kielbasa sausage. Is that correct? Or is it one pound?
Aimee says
Just 1 kielbasa, which is about 12 or 14 oz. So a pound of it would be fine too 🙂
Karen says
Thanks for the great recipe. It was very fast and tasty.

Love this recipe for a lot of reasons. Yes, it’s easy to make and tastes great! The added plus is that the whole family loves to help cut up the vegetables. We make enough to freeze a couple of recipe’s worth of vegetables. For those nights we need something super quick, we are 3/4 of the way there–we only have to add the polska keilbasa. Great hot healthy meal in no time! Thanks for the recipe!
Ellen says
Thanks for the kind review. What a great idea to prepare lots of vegetables ahead of time. So glad you enjoy the recipe.

First time cooking any stir fry was very impressed with the ease and taste, my family loves it and it’s a bigger hit in Tijuana, they love it they use a adobada flavored meat.

Great recipe! BUT, don’t judge I had a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and use that with my kielbasa, next time it’ll be fresh veggies. By the way it wasn’t to bad, thumbs up
Ellen says
No judgement made. I am so glad that was yummy too. I am all for easy.

I’ve been making this dish since I was 16. I’ll be 32 and it’s still one my my favorite dishes. Easy and delicious too! It was an accidental dish for me, lol all I had was keilbasa and veggies meant for kabbobs but never did get the shrimp for the kabbobs so I just threw it all together a d fried it up and it was good. I’ve so done kielbasa and potatoes and kielbasa and put it in stuffing and kielbasa in butter noodles.
