How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes?
Heat up your griddle, or your skillet so it’s ready to go when your batter is ready. Then in a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients, you’ll need flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. You’ll stir in the chocolate chips too. In another bowl mix your wet ingredients, mix up your pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, butter, and milk.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir them all together. Scoop the batter, about 1/4 cup at a time onto the preheated and greased griddle. Cook each pancake until the edges look cooked and bubbles start to form on the top sides. Flip the pancakes over and continue to cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the pancakes are cooked throughout. Repeat with remaining batter until all the pancakes are cooked.
Serve the pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes up with some butter and fresh maple syrup.
These pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes are the best fall breakfast, they’re so fluffy and delicious, you’ll gobble them up in no time.

I usually make the cookies and haven’t tried this one yet. Did you use fresh pumpkin puree or the canned one? Also, would it be okay if I use salted butter? Can’t wait to really try this recipe!
