This homemade version comes together in just a few minutes, and tastes so much better than anything you can buy at the store. It’s especially delicious on your fruit filled salads, spinach salads, or my favorite a fresh green salad loaded with berries, nuts, and chicken!

This dressing also goes great on a salad with bleu cheese, feta, toasted almonds, candied walnuts, red onion, or spring mix.

Step 2: Add in the Poppy Seeds. Stir in the poppy seeds, and taste the dressing. Add more sugar for a sweeter flavor, or more vinegar for more tang if desired. Chill overnight, or serve immediately over your favorite salad.
Tips and Tricks:
- Adjust the Consistency: For a thinner dressing add more milk, for a thicker dressing dressing add less milk.
- Let it Chill: The dressing is great served immediately, but the flavors really blend together so well after letting it refrigerate and chill overnight.
- If it Separates: If your dressing separates a little in the fridge, its totally normal. Just shake it up or stir before serving.
