Corned Beef Reuben Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 Package Hawaiian Rolls (12 Count)
- 1/3 cup Thousand Island
- 12 oz Sliced Corned Beef
- 1 cup Sauerkraut (Drain out the extra liquid, and squeeze out the moisture)
- 9 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 3 TBS Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 tsp Onion Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half through the middle, but keeping them connected if possible. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on the baking pan. 1 Package Hawaiian Rolls
- Spread the Thousand Island dressing over the bottom half of the rolls. 1/3 cup Thousand Island
- Spread the corned beef slices on top of the rolls. 12 oz Sliced Corned Beef
- Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the top corned beef. 1 cup Sauerkraut
- Spread the sliced cheese over the top of the sauerkraut. 9 Slices Swiss Cheese
- Add the top of the buns back on top.
- Stir together the melted butter, poppy seeds, onion flakes, and garlic powder in a small bowl. 3 TBS Melted Butter, 1 tsp Poppy Seeds, 1 tsp Onion Flakes, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the slider buns, coating all the corners and sides.
- Bake the slides in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Cut into sliders and enjoy!
