Why you’ll Love this Fudge
- So Easy to Make: The peanut butter fudge base is only a few ingredients and can be made in the microwave in just a couple of minutes! No need to bust out the candy thermometer for this recipe!
- Perfect for Halloween: The colorful candy corn pieces make this fudge look festive without any extra decorating. You can always add sprinkles if you want too đŸ˜‰
- Sweet and Salty: Creamy peanut butter, rich candy corn, and crunchy peanuts are such a good sweet and salty combo!

Ingredients Needed
- White Baking Chips: use a high quality white chocolate chip like Guittard or Ghiradelli
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: do not use evaporated milk. You want the creamy, thick, and sweet condensed milk
- Peanut Butter: Use creamy peanut butter, unless you want even more crunchy pieces throughout.
- Candy Corn: The star of this Halloween treat. The candy corn adds a chewy texture, and those classic fall colors.
- Peanuts: Use roasted and lightly salted peanuts to add a nice saltiness and extra crunch to the fudge.
How to make Candy Corn Fudge
Step 1: Make the Fudge Base. Add all 4 of your ingredients to a microwave safe bowl (I like to use my Glass Pyrex Bowl. Microwave the fudge in 30 second increments, stirring for a while after each one, until you can stir it smooth. Mine only took about 1 minute total.
Step 2: Stir in the Candy Corn. Add most of the candy corn and peanuts and fold them gently into the fudge. Spread the fudge into the pan and smooth it on top and out to the corners.
Step 3: Add Extra On Top. Sprinkle a few more pieces of peanuts and candy corn all over the top of the fudge. Press them lightly into the fudge just enough so they will stick. Let the fudge sit at room temperature until set, then slice into pieces.
Tips and Tricks:
- Use Parchment Paper: Line the pan with parchment paper so the fudge is easier to remove out of the pan, and cut into neat slices.
- Other Mix Ins: Add in Reese’s Pieces of Chopped Peanut Butter Cups for even more goodness.
- Stove Top Instructions: If you don’t have a microwave you can add the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter to a small sauce pan and stir over medium low heat until melted. Then stir in the additional ingredients as instructed.

Storage Instructions
Store the fudge in an airtight container with a lid at room temperature for up to 1 week. If your kitchen is extra warm, store the fudge in the fridge or your candy corn pieces will become sticky.

This Candy Corn Fudge would be so fun at a Halloween party along with your favorite Halloween cookies, and Halloween brownies. It doesn’t require a lot of time, and is such a fun recipe to try!
