This reindeer bark is an easy homemade chocolate treat, decorated to have little reindeer faces, for the perfect crunchy, sweet and salty Christmas treat.
It’s finally December and I’ve already shared a couple cute reindeer treats with you this year, with our Reindeer Reese’s, and Reindeer Peanut Butter Blossoms. This Reindeer Bark is another easy and cute treat to add to the mix.
This cute reindeer bark is topped with candy eyes, red candy for the noses, and broken pretzels for the antlers. Sprinkle some red, white and green Christmas sprinkles to make the chocolate bark extra Christmassy.
It’s so simple to make, and all you need is a few minutes of time, some chilling for the chocolate to harden and your treat is ready to enjoy.
How to make Reindeer Bark?
You’ll melt some chocolate and spread it evenly over the top of some parchment paper or a silicone liner. While the chocolate is still soft, place your antlers, eyes, and noses to make little reindeer faces randomly over the top of the chocolate. Spread your sprinkles over the top and voila, you’re done with your work.
Just let the chocolate come to room temperature and harden, then break the bark up into pieces and it’s ready to eat and enjoy.
The reindeer aren’t perfect, but the bark is adorable and delicious and that is what really matters.
This Reindeer Chocolate Bark is so easy to make, you can even let the kids help you if you want! And we all know they love treats even more if it’s one they helped make.
This reindeer bark is the perfect treat for a dessert tray at a Christmas party, or bundle it up in a bag and take some to your friends for a holiday treat.
Hope you all have a fabulous December, don’t forget to make lots of delicious treats, but mostly enjoy the holiday season with your family and friends and those you love!
