Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail is a perfect refreshing drink made with grapefruit juice, club soda and a sweet syrup made with fresh rosemary!
This rosemary grapefruit mocktail is the perfect refreshing spring drink, great for a baby shower, or even for Easter brunch or dinner!
Its easy to make with only a few ingredients. You’ll need to make a simple syrup of sugar and water, that you’ll steep some fresh rosemary into to get that sweet and light flavor. You’ll mix that up with some grapefruit juice, and club soda and voila, a delicious sparkling drink that is friendly for kids and adults!
If you want to make the drink a cocktail instead, you can turn it into a rosemary grapefruit mimosa with some sparkling wine instead of the club soda, just remember not to give that one to the kids 😉
You might also like our sunrise grapefruit cocktail that is like a mocktail version of a tequila sunrise with grapefruit juice instead of orange juice. Or if you’re loving the rosemary flavor in this drink, I think you’ll also love our rosemary lemonade!
