I’ve always loved smoothies with the strawberry and pineapple combo! Its two of my favorite fruits to throw in a homemade smoothie, and you know I always add a banana (because they are delicious) but also because they add creaminess to the smoothie! This smoothie is my own homemade version of the Aloha Pineapple smoothie.
The weather here in Utah has been wacky as usual for spring. We got temperatures in the 70s for a couple day,s and we were wearing shorts, and going to the park, and hiking in the canyon, and then this morning there is literally 2 inches of snow on the ground. Hoping this is our last bit of snow till the fall/winter season later in the year, but either way I’m glad I can have a glimpse of warmer weather and sunshine with this delicious smoothie!
