Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks, softened)
- 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
- 2 1/2 cups cooked, and shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Mix in the Ranch Dressing, and Hot Sauce
- Fold in the shredded chicken, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese
- Fold in your chicken pieces.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top and bake for additional 10 minutes.
- Top with green onions, if desired
- Serve with crackers, chips, or cut up vegetables.
Notes
- Sweet and Spicy – If you want the dip a little sweeter, try our Honey Buffalo Sauce instead of just store bought Hot sauce.
- Make Ahead of Time – Prepare the dip and refrigerate it covered and unbaked. When you’re ready to bake it pop it in the oven and bake as directed.
- Slow Cooker – Once mixed the mixture can be added to a slow cooker and heated at low heat to keep warm for a party. You’ll still sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Add Bleu Cheese – Some people loves bleu cheese with wings, stir in about 1/2 cup of bleu cheese to the dip before baking.
